Here are five pieces of antique white jadeite, ornaments or buttons or other decorative pieces ie for jewelry… These were seized from Chinese citizens, c. 1965; and then exported c. 1980, presumably as the citizens might want them back.. That is almost all I know. These are of varying ages; the finest pieces are the 3-D carved Tiger Head, and the two “icy jade”, translucent items (the flying bat and the excellent 2-tiered rectangular, pierced piece). The pierced round button is also wonderful; It is large, the color is nice, and it has not only pierce work but a carved shank; a Western button collector might love this one very much. The “devil’s work” interlinking circles is interesting; but this is more common. It is not very white but rather a very pale green. These do not lok white at all; I photographed them on dead-white to show actual shades. If you put these on black, they will look white by comparison. I have more pics showing weights and side views, etc. But ran out of room here; message me for more pics or if you have any questions.
